This weekend saw the Ardmore Group allow Rock and Ice to run a superb trio of activities from their newly finished buildings at Chatham Quays.
The Quays are residential apartments and overlook the Medway.
The activities included a 150' rope ascent of the west building that was free hanging, it was climbed in the classic caving SRT style, a terrifying 170' zip slide at 180' height then carried the participants to the next stage where they abseiled 150' to the ground.
The Mayor of Medway, Cllr Vaughan Hewett was the first to scale zip and abseil his way with the BBC, Heart FM and the Royal Engineers watching on from below.
